Richard Bledsoe



Richard Bledsoe has a 25-year track record of expertly handling executive leadership positions, with extensive business process outsourcing experience. As TeleTech’s executive vice president of operations for Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Mr. Bledsoe manages all Asian and EMEA operations with a focus on building strong client relationships. 

His areas of expertise include: P&L management, Six Sigma process and performance improvement, customer satisfaction, coaching and management development, cost reduction, profit optimization, performance monitoring systems, and leading teams in multi-site facilities.

Prior to joining TeleTech, Bledsoe served as the chief operating officer for PeopleSupport from 2007 to January 2009, with a strong focus on the travel and financial services industries. From 2002 to 2006, he served as the senior vice president of SOURCECORP with responsibility for the healthcare payer and government verticals as well as regional operations and offshore facilities. Bledsoe also worked for Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) as the Vice President of International Operations with responsibility for 11 offshore sites with 10,000 employees in seven countries.

Additional leadership experience includes the European managing director for Alamo Rent a Car, with responsibility for operations in seven countries, 25,000 cars, and serving as a member of the board. Bledsoe has also led his own private consulting practice for four years serving numerous multinational manufacturers and service providers, primarily in the travel and auto industry.

He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Utah in Mass Communications. He served as a general’s assistant in the Army Air Defense Command in Germany and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service.
